Friendly Staff
Easy access to room.
It was very clean and comfortable
The sheets were dirty they had burn holes in them. We didn’t have a blanket only sheets. We didn’t have enough towels. The worst I have had ever in my life

Staffs are very helpful when we need to change the room due to accessibility issues.
Nothing at all! Desk receptionist had no clue at all about checking us in took about 15 mins and i already had a reservation! Was on the phone asking someone how to do something! Had no clue what he was saying barely spoke English!
